1. General Terms

1.1. By renting a vehicle from RideEasy Rentals, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.

1.2. All renters must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license. International renters must provide a valid passport and an international driver's permit.

1.3. The rental period begins when the vehicle is picked up and ends when it is returned to the designated location.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1. Reservations can be made through our website. A valid payment method is required to confirm the booking.

2.2. Payment for the rental period is due at the time of booking. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and other approved payment methods.

2.3. Additional charges may apply for late returns, damage to the vehicle, or violations of traffic laws. These charges will be billed to the payment method on file.

3. Vehicle Use

3.1. The renter agrees to use the vehicle in a safe and responsible manner, following all traffic laws and regulations.

3.2. The vehicle may only be driven by the renter or an authorized driver listed in the rental agreement.

3.3. The renter is responsible for any damage to the vehicle that occurs during the rental period. In case of an accident, the renter must notify RideEasy Rentals immediately and follow the provided instructions.

4. Insurance

4.1. RideEasy Rentals provides basic insurance coverage for all vehicles. Additional insurance options are available for purchase at the time of booking.

4.2. The renter is responsible for any damages or injuries not covered by the provided insurance.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

5.1. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will receive a full refund.

5.2. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the pick-up time will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one day's rental rate.

5.3. No refunds will be issued for early returns or unused rental days.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. RideEasy Rentals is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our rental services.

6.2. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the renter for the rental period.

7. Governing Law

7.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

7.2. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

8.1. RideEasy Rentals reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

8.2. It is the renter's responsibility to review the terms and conditions periodically for any updates or changes.
